Fat in the Stomach Could Threaten Marriage

Many couples are now paying less attention to his appearance after marriage. Though the lack of attention to the appearance it could be one of the threat of marriage.

As quoted from Femalefirst, a British study showed that three quarters of people feel less interested if their partner put on weight. Even sometimes from those who decided to leave her partner because of the problem.

This study found that one in 10 men felt sexual arousal is reduced two-fold if the spouse weight increases. Perhaps this is the reason why half of women surveyed insisted on turning off lights when having sex. They feel ashamed of the changes in her body.


Although these results sound cruel, but the researchers revealed that they were still able to tolerate the correspondent weight gain mate if it reaches 10 percent. For men and women, excess fat in the abdominal area is the least interesting part.

The women also said that men who have fat on the chest and stomach was not interesting to them. While 90 percent of men said their partner did not matter if the breasts increase in size, they actually liked it.

"We were really surprised by the way people think shallow. It seems that sports and the gym is not only helping a few people to get the beautiful body but also to save their marriage life as well," said Neil Harmsworth, a spokesman for the research.

The study also found that many people who put up old photos, which at that time slender, on social media sites. And an alarming number of people said they had to imagine someone else while making love with their partners who gain weight.
